Chef Jeffrey Gardner – Common Quarter

On My Bucket List: “#1 – Appear on the Price is Right, #2 – Travel to every continent except Antarctica, #3 – Play in an event at the World Series of Poker!”

Fun Fact:  “I’m pretty good with voices and impressions.”

Best Day of My Life:  “The 3rd day of my honeymoon, where my wife and I drove to the Willamette Calley in Oregon.  We had a private wine tasting at Soter Vineyards, spend the rest of the day at the Allison Inn’s spa facilities, and then had a fantastic dinner on their property.  Best. Day.  Ever.”
Best Thing about Eats & Beats: “You get to sample food from some truly great restaurants, hear one of the tightest bands in Atlanta and support two worthwhile causes!”

What I’ll be Serving at Eats & Beats:  “Marinated shrimp, mussels, clams, and crab; heirloom tomatoes and olives over sweet corn panna cotta.”
